39 weeks pregnant with baby #2?

Im 39 weeks pregnant and super frustrated ..im really not progressing I've been 3 cm for like 4 days.. My mucus plug came out I had blooodyy show . I've been havin diarreah and feelin nausea when I went yesterday to L&d the doc said im 2 ..the walkin and didn't work ..my doctor stripped my membrane 4 days before and another time before that ..the problem is that my contractions are still irregular and im not effacing ..what can I do to encourage the real thing ..I really don't want to be induced ..it hurts more ...happened with my first ...any ideas
