Does anyone know if a felon can receive lotto winnings? Not scratchers but, mega millions winnings?

why not? a felon might lose voting rights, but not lottery rights...a non- citizen can win the lottery..............now if they have big fines or restitution, they'll take that out, and the felon will get whats left after taxes..........
