How do i weigh a corn snake?

i want to know how many grams my corn snake is but i don't know how to weigh him/her?????can someone tell me...my second question is how do I tell if my corn snake is a male for female...i don't want to do the probing or popping because i don't want to hurt her/him...is there an easier way???
