What can I do to help my skin? (I'm desperate)?

I have really big pores around my nose area and little teeny-tiny bumps EVERYWHERE. The bumps actually are so small they aren't noticable, but they're there and all I know is that they are definately not acne or any type of pimple. I don't use any sort of face wash, I wash my face twice a day with soap that is hypo-allergenic and I have been using it for a long time, I have never had a pimple or serious skin issue before, I am just wondering if there is a good cheap pore-refining product for my nose and if any of you know how to treat thses little "bumps", I will be forever in your debt.
