CAVS in 2008-09?

Now that another season has come and gone we have to do what we do best in C-Town and look towards next season!..... What moves should be made and draft picks should be taken?..... Here's my opinion..... #1 get rid of Varejao he still has value, but the guy is a dweeb no offensive game, still very unorthodox and sometimes clueless out there, I wonder if he had normal hair if he'd be more than a 10 day guy!.... Package the ridiculously large expiring contracts of Wally and Damon Jones and get an opt out guy like Elton Brand. At pick 19, from what I've been seeing it's gonna be a toss between Kosta Koufas (OSU) and Roy Hibbert (GTOWN) I'd like Koufus because I see him having tremendous upside, where as Roy might just be a big guy. We also gotta get Wallace mentally prepared for an 82 game plus season at times he looked uninterested. I still believe Sasha can become a good scorer in this league so I'd keep him. Overall, this team DOES NOT need a major overhaul just a good player away IMO
