Clear blue fertility monitor?

hi have been TTC since the february 2010 and just recently i went out and brought the clear blue fertility monitor i read the book n it seems very straightforward. im not in a huge rush to fall pregnant but would like to fall pregnant by next year!! has anyone brought the clear blue fertility monitor and did u concieve whilst using it did it take long??
