I NEED A AWNSER FAST MY SISTER IS GOING THROUGH STAGES OF PUBERTY?

i need a fast awnser!!!! ok so my sister she told me she hasnt had discharge and she thinks she has had cramps i see her she sleeps more and more and when she was lke 8 she was always active know she gets more tired and shes moody she always watches dreamm or comedy movies like pg 13 and she says shes bored. and she shaves her legs their kinda harry she just had an ear infection and she gaining pounds and her are getting quit big she always eats and gets to ride in front of the car. and i see our dog always smells her or grabs her leg but she says no and kicks him. she says that her hurt somtimes and she always hangs out with other kids
