May have ingested Nail Polish Remover?

I was removing some false nails earlier, with acetone nail polish remover... anyway i forgot to wash my hands afterwards and then later on i was eating something and licked my finger by mistake which tasted of nail polish remover (not that i am in the habit of drinking it of course) I am probably being uber paranoid but i'm not going to be poisoned by that am I? I do have reasons for being panicky about such things, so do bear with me heh.... Thanks in advance.
