Whats the best ways to find committed band members for a metal band?

I was in a band for awhile but i recently quit and i still want to be in a band. Since i want to play in the genre and sound as bands like Avenged Sevenfold, Korn, Lamb Of God and Chimaira its hard to find members in my area who want to play this style of music too. What is the best ways that i can find good, committed members who are willing to take this as a career. What should i do?
