Have the PETALS on your FLOWER been PLUCKED or did they WILT away from DEHYDRATION???

Did someone have to take you out of your misery that was inevitable through self destruction? Obviously, if a flower doesn't recieve water to drink, it will DIE. Should somone just root it up or MOW over it anyway? Or can a long going drought suddenly give rain? And the flower will grow? /.\/.\./.\./.\./.\./.\
