Do you think this is a good diet and exercise plan for losing weight?

I would add a snack between lunch and dinner (try almonds), add some protein at lunch (even just a gl of 1% milk), cut the cardio to 30 minutes and add some weight training. Building muscle is more important, as it will make your body burn through calories more efficiently. Also, I'm hearing more and more that it's NOT good to go to bed hungry, so if you need to, find something light and healthy to snack on an hour or two before bedtime. And don't forget the 8 gles of water every day (tea doesn't count)!
